The Inspiration for Solano Shutterbug
The inspiration for Solano Shutterbug started over 20 years ago when a young man first picked up his grandfather's camera and discovered he had a passion for stirring people's emotions with his photographs.
Soon this young man was working in a darkroom, taking classes, and learning from leading photographers. As his skills evolved, so did technology, moving from black and white to color -- from film to digital format -- from darkroom to computer, he concentrated on the basics:
- Helping subjects feel at ease
- Finding the most flattering pose
- Perfect lighting
Although he has worked in all aspects of the photography industry, his passion has always drawn him to people in their natural environment.

Hire the Bug by the hour, by the shot, or both. We will work the event and then upload the photos to our website for your guests to view and purchase, if they so desire. You no longer have to provide copies of photos for everyone.
